Broader delivery, from search to paid media, runs through the operating agencies beneath the parent corporation, Wild Mango Marketing and Dufferin Media.

The firm exists because the work that matters most for marketing leaders, the structural decisions about how the function operates over the next two years, is consistently underserved by the agency market. Most agencies are organised to sell execution. Magno is organised to do the work that pays back over multiple quarters and builds operational maturity inside the client\'s team.

Why Magno Metrics exists

Most marketing agencies sell labour by the hour, framed as services. The work that actually matters at the senior level is operational: how the marketing function is structured, which capabilities sit in-house, which sit with vendors, how decisions about AI and attribution and channel mix get made consistently across quarters. That work does not fit into a six-month engagement that ends with a deck.

Magno Metrics was built to operate differently. The firm exists to do the senior-level marketing work that has the longest payback period, in a way that builds operational maturity inside the client's team rather than dependence on the firm. Under the Magno brand the work is AI Marketing Consulting, AI Automations, Answer Engine Optimization, and ready-built Systems, the practices where this discipline matters most. Leadership

Magno Metrics is led by Steve Magnus, Founder. Steve has spent twenty-five years in digital marketing as an operator and an entrepreneur. He has founded multiple startups across that span, sold some, closed others, and built each of those experiences into how the firm works today. The companies that succeeded taught what disciplined marketing looks like at scale; the ones that did not taught the failure modes that less-experienced operators tend to find expensive.

Steve founded Magno Metrics in 2019 to operate marketing as a function rather than a service category. He runs the firm's AI Marketing Consulting practice and oversees the parent corporation that holds Wild Mango Marketing and Dufferin Media. The firm is small by design and senior by composition; engagements are run by operators with direct accountability for outcomes, not by account managers translating between clients and junior staff.
